With over 160,000 works from the 15th century to the present, the Graphische Sammlung is one of the most important collections of prints and drawings in Switzerland.

The exhibition at external page MASI presents to the public for the first time the most important core pieces of the collection, which includes masterpieces by artists such as Albrecht Dürer, Lucas van Leyden, Elisabetta Sirani, Hendrik Goltzius, Rembrandt van Rijn, Maria Sibylla Merian, Francisco de Goya, Giovanni Battista Piranesi, K?the Kollwitz, Louise Bourgeois, Miriam Cahn and many others.

This exhibition is curated by Dr. Linda Sch?dler, Head of the Graphische Sammlung ETH Zürich.

“Technological change has historically brought transformative power. Printing was crucial for the Reformation. Today, digitisation and artificial intelligence enhance visual representation. True technological progress serves people, requiring science, dialogue, and art to pose questions and offer new perspectives.”
